Good queston and I've got the perfect remedy for the cravings...drink more water! That's right...water (for whatever reason, I'm not a dietician) seems to squelch cravings down to a manageable size. Instead of those 44 oz. drinks at the local filler-up, fill up with ice and water. That's my secret weapon against cravings. Also, stay busy. Busywork tends to lessen the time to think about food. When I'm bust'in arse on some project it's funny, but I tend to forget about food. But when there's downtime..."Hey, everybody, let's get some Mexican for lunch!" Those two hints should help you...
