Isn't ketosis where your body is breaking down fat stores for use? Why wouldn't I be losing weight then I wonder? I was reading on one website that due to lacking certain enzymes the by-product of breaking down the fat stays in my body. What enzymes and how do I get them? I didn't have all the fruits I eat during the day yesterday, and I broke my raw diet. I ate more than I usually did, and this morning I'm down a pound. I think that is too weird. Maybe I should research 'enzymes'?
I just don't understand weight loss, and eating too much of the wrong foods scares me now. It's not just the weight now..it's the state of health I get by staying away from foods that I ate yesterday.
