I'm normally shirtless all day long so it's not a problem for me, although, I understand that not everybody has that option. :-)

As far as the best brand of coconut oil, I'm very very happy with the brand I get from my local holistic doctor. It comes from the Philippines.

Yes, most of the best coconut oils come from the Philippines, and I've tried about 5 other brands. While they all taste pretty good, this brand has the "cleanest" taste. I don't know how else to describe it other than "cleanest". It's perfectly clear in taste and color.
