Im from asia, where there is a lot of coconut. When i was in college somebody told me to use coconut milk, not from the can though, but straight from the fresh coconut meat to drink it and it helps for weight lose. Which i did and it made me puke and give me diarrhea, i am not sure if thats the way to lose weight whenever she suggested it to me...But anyway if your trying to gain weight i am not sure if drinking coconut milk is good...Just a thought
