Real deal or just another false wonder therapy?

I've currently trying urine therapy to remove moles. However, it hasn't been doing anything thus far and I don't think it ever will do anything. That's why I'm looking for alternatives. I've read on several sites about coconut oil removing moles in a matter of days. Has anyone experienced anything like this? All my moles are on face, all flat, and there's about 20 of them. I just want to get rid of some of them...say 4 or 5...with no scars left behind. However, it seems like it's an impossible thing to do. If you don't get all the mole...it'll just grow right back. It's very frustrating.

So are these reports of moles being removed in days really true and cocunut oil is the real deal or just a bogus "do all wonder" like urine therapy. How is it on skin...I don't want to be rubbing the moles on my face with it and have it turn out to irritate and inflamme the mole. If it's going to look gross during the process, I certainly can't do it because of them being on my face. Any advice or testimonials?
