Re: Will these cleanses help me get pregnant and stay pregnant.

Hello EV.

Was that your first pregnancy? Yes

Do you have any ailments or underlying problems that would contribute to your miscarriage?

Kinsesiology test says Mercury (I do not have fillings though) I also have a few food allergies (eggs, chicken, caffeine, sugar), candida (mild form). I have Depression (currently OK) but I dont think that contributed cause I felt great when I was pregnant which was odd. I had no nausea just sore breasts. I am waiting on a hair anaysis to find out more on minerals/metals. Also my thyroid was slightly low not considered hypothyroid but my doc (kinda of naturapath) said it doesnt have to be so I take Armour now (didnt before) and Adrenal supplements. I am also taking alot of vitamins/minerals but I am ready to throw them in the trash and try Dr. Shultz Superfood. My Obgyn thinks I have Insulin Resistance, my other doctor says I am fine so I am confused on this. My Obgyn told me to eat High Protein/Low Carbs. I have managed to cut out junk food, white rice, bread etc. but I do not like or believe in High Protein diets I feel they are damaging to the kidneys. I am supposed to take Metformin but I feel fine without it and it gives me horrible side effects. I also have a small fibroid and a tipped uterus. I am also overweight from past Depression meds I have been on. I am 5'7 and weigh 225 and large frame.

What does your daily food intake consist of?

Lately last two weeks I have been doing fresh veggie juices, some apple juices. Oatmeal, or multigrain Oats for breakfast. Juices for snack or lunch. Dinner sauteed veggies, rice (basmati) in olive oil, sometimes fish, sometimes meat (cutting back on meat during cleanse). Organic Yogart, Organic Kefir, Apple Cider Vingager, Fresh Lemonade, Fresh Fruit. (cut back) and Nuts like Almonds, Cashews, Pecans etc. I have a low appetite so I have to force myself to eat sometimes.

How old are you? 28

Are you under any major stress?

Now I am because my husband is on unemployment but he thinks he may have found a job today. So yes financial at times. We are also in the process of building a house but have put that off a few months. Depression when it acts up but since changing diet I have felt better.

Also after the miscarriage my obgyn put me right on Femara (like Clomid) to make sure I was ovulating. We tried for 3 months but no luck. This is when I decided to try natural methods. My periods are regular (except the few months after the miscarriage they were 30 days as opposed to 28 days) they are now back to 28 days.

Thanks for your help.

Mel
