thanks do you know about pkged shredded?

I have a good sized bag oof organic shredded coconut,
that has been kept in origona; pkg since i bought it, in the refridgerator.
It has been about 5 months.. it got shoved to back of fridge,
and my son just found it a bout2 weeks ago behind some jars.

Think it will still be ok ?

I tried to research it online
but could not seem to find anyhing.

I switched search engines recently and the one l use right now doesnt seem to be very good.
