desire to remain infertile

this may sound like a strange desire........i guess the bottom line is that i don't want to get pregnant right now......i am against the use of birth contol because i take only herbal medicines or supplements......and because birth control i've tried in the past has given me such horrible mood swings.......i'm slightly allergic to condoms and can't use them for long amounts of time......my cave- mate and i have a healty sex life.....right now i use my ovulation cycle to tell me when i should or shouldn't use a condom.....but i'm wondering if anyone knows of any safe alternative to birth control? i would appreciate so much the help!
