I use NOW brand and I use Tropical Traditions. With Tropical Traditions, it depends upon wheter you get the cold-pressed or expeller-pressed CO. The cold-pressed has a nice smell and flavor. It is also smoother. The expeller-pressed has no smell or taste and is not as smooth. I will go back to cold-pressed because I like it more.
Tropical Traditions also sells a Coconut Cream Concentrate that is heavenly. It is 70% oil and when warm has the consistency of melted veveeta. I put it into hot chocolate and other things that don't work well with straight oil. It is also a good alternative for those who do not like straight oil.
