I use the virgin one for every thing. If you buy a large quantity of it, you can get it pretty cheap.

However, you can use expeller pressed oil. It depends on your personal taste. Since I tasted the virgin one I do not want any more expeller pressed coconut oil.

Many people do use expeller pressed oil. I think they use it for every thing. Maybe some one that uses the expeller pressed oil will come in here and post now.
