The first CO I ever bought was Spectrum Naturals UNREFINED, which they sell at most health food stores. (They also sell a refined version, which is not what you want). I was very pleased with it, and it came in a 1 pint jar I believe. It's organic and expeller pressed. I now use Tropical Traditions (b/c they were having a sale and I bought a gallon), which I also like, but I plan to keep trying different brands.
