infertility

I have had 3 tubal pregnancies, 1 miscarriage, and 1 abortion, not all in that order. Anyways, my last tubal pregnancy they took out my tube but left the ovary thinking that the other side would work properly. Well, guess what, they were wrong. My other tube is missing the little fingers at the end that bring the egg down the fallopian tube. Therefore, I have unsuccessfully been able to get pregnant and was told that I needed to have IVF done in order to conceive.

My question is, what other option do I have instead of having to spend thousands (and I mean thousands) of dollars?
