Re: Coconut Oil Deodorant

I used it for a little while, but then it seemed to stop working for both my husband and I. I bought Tropical Traditions which had several wood scents added and when I was pregnant I broke out with a horrible rash that went away as soon as I stopped using it. I also tried H202 for a while, it worked well until about 3pm. I think if you were in a position to wash and reapply it would work well. I cleanse so much that I really do not consider myself to have much odor, it is a light citrus like smell. But my husband is so hygenically minded that even that bothers him so he requests that I use a typical chemical laden deodorant. I do not recommend this!! I am trying to find a natural one that will suit him, but so far have not found one that works as well as the chemical. But, I read this message from Happydog, and I am going to give it a try. It makes perfect sense! I know I have not tried it yet myself, but thought you might enjoy reading the post and since it is cheap and easy you could give it a try too if you like. You might also read the posts above it as it is concerning coconut oil as a deodorant. :)
