Re: feeling sick on coconut oil

I'm using NIU pure organic unrefined cold-pressed from Kokonut Pacific. My husband is taking the same one and he experienced sick feelings at first too, but he seems ok now. This morning I cannot even think of trying to swallow it - it makes me almost wretch. Then when I do manage to get it down I feel lousy for hours. Slight headache also. Perhaps this stuff just isn't for me........
