Re: rubbing coconut oil on face

Dear Malia,

Yes, coconut oil is wonderful for
your skin. I've been rubbing it into
my 63 year-old skin for several
years -- especially the skin on my
feet and ankles.

I spend part of most days at the
nearby beach, and hot sand is
abrasive to my feet. But since I began rubbing virgin coconut oil
into my feet -- a nightly ritual --
I've noticed a BIG improvement:
No more roughness, and far fewer
wrinkles. My feet LOVE coconut oil,
and so does the rest of my body!
I also eat a tablespoon of it every
day.

However, it may not help your acne,
Malia. I think your Acne (anybody's
acne) is caused by disgestive imbalances in your body. Have you
done any color and liver cleanses?
There are lots of stories on those
forums from women whose acne
disappeared after a particularly
successful cleanse.

Andreas Moritz, who has a forum on
CureZone, is a brilliant man. Andreas attributes Acne to accumulated waste products that
are lodged in the disgestive and
elimination systems. I suggest you
buy a copy of his book, THE KEY TO
HEALTH AND REJUVENATION, Malia.
It will open Doors for you, and give you a blueprint to follow
which will heal your acne.

In the meantime, give your feet a
treat! And as you rub in the coconut
oil, thank them for carrying you
to and fro, all the years of your
life. Bodies DO listen! And they
like to hear good things. So don't
be shy!

Good luck with your healing quest!

Blessings,

Owen
