I found that the VCO made the rash worse, possibly because it was killing off the candida, but it became unbearable,
so I started to spray my skin with Colloidal Silver and I was only itchy while the silver solution was wet on my skin. When
it dried, it felt much better. I did this until the rash subsided and then started using the VCO again after the silver dried
and so far so good.

I have had this rash for almost 6 months on my chest and belly. It comes and goes, but when I do any type of
interna lcleanse, it gets inflamed. I am sure it is candida and I'm ticked that it is taking so long to get rid of it! I have tried to stick
to a candida diet, use the VCO internally and externally, Colloidal Silver , avoiding wheat and dairy, dabbing hydrogen
peroxide on it (that works too, but dries my skin), take probiotics, and I eat lots of pumpkin seeds and cayenne. I
use a colon cleanser and fiber daily plus Parastroy from Nature's Secret, take probiotics, and I changed all my cosmetics and
house hold cleaning products to those recommended by Hulda Clark . I have done two Liver Cleanses and that helps too.
I can't believe how long it is taking to get rid of this nasty rash! I must be really infested with yeast. And in all this
time, I have seen lots of foreign material in my bms.

The good news is my skin is so much softer, my digestion is 100% better, I have 3 normal bms daily, the ruddiness in
my complexion is going away, my belly is flatter, and I feel better all around. Bottom line is that it can take a long time to
completely get rid of candida and it can really mess up your skin. I'm my own worst enemy sometimes and I have had
my share of setbacks, but I'm still plugging away. I guess if I am constantly aggrevating the candida in my digestive
track than it must be looking to find a home in my skin and it is a battle I will fight to the end!!!
