I did the same thing with coconut oil as salad dressing on my salad in the winter! It solidified while I was on the phone...so I put it on top of our gas stove in the livingroom to let it melt again. We have a gas heater that looks like a woodstove and has two levels, last winter I kept a mug on the top level where it was warm but not hot to the touch so I would always have some melted for use. :)
Garden of Life is good quality virgin oil, but much more expensive than other providers, you might look at getting a better price next time. I love several of Garden of Life's products, it think it is a great company.
