Kibba Naya availible in Northampton, MA

There is a restaurant called Café Lebanon in Northampton that serves Kibba Naya, and they had a nice chicken liver special last week!

Kibba Naya (Friday & Saturday Dinner Only)
Freshly ground raw beef, mixed with wheat germ, onions, and Lebanese spices, and topped with olive oil. $12.

It is only two ingredients, and easy to make if you have Bulger and an hour to pound it together with the lamb, but it is nice to get is served for dinner.
