Re: Raw butter in Canada?

I have managed to buy four cow shares in NYS -- about 1/2 hour drive for me -- and I can buy cultured butter (but with salt) or else skim the cream off my milk to whip the butter -- I bought two of the shares just so that I would have extra cream to use in recipes.

I also get raw, unfiltered, unheated honey there, as well as free-range eggs. I believe that I will be able to purchase free-range chickens and pasture-fed beef there also. AND, this is an organic farm which sells shares for veggie and fruit produce! Super find. Everything is coming together very nicely.
