Hi! Roasting the chicken sounds like such a great idea. I will definately try it. My aunt and uncle are about to butcher their chickens, so I can get some from them. Thanks for the hints. As for Dafter I never heard of it. I've been through Brimley and to the Soo. We go to the Soo in Canada to visit friends. Is Dafter near there? What a coincidence that your sister went to Tech. My husband works there. He has been there for 27 years. We live in the Copper Country. Ever been there? It's such a beautiful tourist area. I would like to send you a link to a special website on the Copper Country. It covers alot of the U.P. and is very popular. When you see the picture of the day click on it, there is a disscussion under it about the picture or place. Theres a new picture each day. People from all over the world go on there who are familiar with our area.
