How's Whole Foods Market?

Just curious if you can get a good selection of foods there. I have one that's pretty far away and don't feel like traveling, but if I move I'd like to be near one. Do they have a good selection of organ meats (adrenaline glands, tongue, liver, eyes, heart, kidney!) or fish (especially the whole fish like the head and eyes!)? Tweet
