Acne problem

I'm 20 and still having problems with acne. Not sure what it is that's giving it to me since I try to stay strict with my diet. I use to cheat with Ben and Jerry's and McDonalds but would sometimes notice that I didn't get terrible Acne with them (I didn't eat the bread with the McDonalds burgers, just cheese, plus chicken nuggets and sundaes, maybe a sausage mcmuffin). I thought when I ate some brown rice that I had a bad pimple on the right side of my face. Here's the list of foods I'm eating now:

Natural sea wild salmon
goat and cow's milk
bacon
eggs
beans (prepared)
lentils (prepared)
Ezekiel sprouted bread
Pacifica's beef broth
raw saurkraut at the health store (has some other stuff in it)
Coleman's beef

I'm feeling my face now and I have one painful pimple on the left side of my face and just at this moment feel one on the right side of my chin. These things are always painful and not fun to look at. I've been battling Acne for a few years now and I'd like to get rid of it once and for all. Could it have something to do with my blood sugar? (I noticed Acne when I'd eat honey and the brown rice. I'm not sure if the bread is doing it, I noticed at times that I could eat these sprouted breads without acne problems). This is my second day from not eating any junk food (I've been eating Weston A Price style for a couple years minus a few cheating episodes like recently). Any help?
