Wow!! this forum is finally happening!

Hi there, just popping in after a long time away. I requested this forum over 6 months ago. Didn't seem like it was going to take off at the time but it's great to see so many messages here in recent days.

Just wanted to say that Weston Price Foundation / Nourishing Traditions has transformed my life and my health. A year ago I went to a seminar by Sally Fallon and as a result totally changed my diet. A year later, my health is so much better, the biggest benefit is being free of any gallbladder pain and discomfort. And no more yucky flushing!! I'm busy in other nourishing traditions groups now but I'm so glad this one is happening. This is such a great way to eat and prepare food. It's satisfying, rewarding and so health-giving.
