Re: 31 Flushes and counting . . . :

Hi Gracey:

I applaud your mother for her courage. I am sure she appreciates your concern.

Green water is old, old bile. Better out than in. Fresh bile is brown the colour of poo, maybe a little lighter. After flushing be careful to watch the colour, very light poo and dark urine means a stone got stuck in a duct. When that happens take 1 or 2 tablesp. of epsom salt in water, again about 2 hours later if necessary. If still no luck flush again.

This is not to scare you just so you won't panic. I have not had that happen to me at all. Most flushers don't.

I don't get nauseous at all, but I am also very careful not to move around at all after my cocktail. I have my bed turned down and I am ready for bed before I start the routine. One time I moved around a little after all was down and I dind't feel good. Also drink standing up, for some reason that is important.

You can get ornathine tablets in the healtfood store to take during the day before flushing. Take 2 at a time, as many as 8 that day, not a must it just helps to sleep. This helps with neutralizing the toxins that are released during flushing, and also helps with sleeping.

It is important to clear the colon before flushing, I do a orangic coffee enema in the morning of flush day. I think it is better to get a good nights sleep and do coffee enemas in the morning. I do 3 double coffee enemas the first day after flushing. I usually get most of my stones out with the afternoon enema. My double enema is 2 quarts of organic coffee, 1 quart per session. 1 tablesp. coffee per cup.

When stones sink in the toilet that means that they are calcified. I know it doesn't sound very appealing, but I do cut at least one of my stones to see what's inside. The yellow stones are the most recent, the bright green are next and the dark brown, black and red are the oldest.
I understand that the ducts empty one at a time, not all at once as I would have thought.

You mentioned amalgam, root canals - I think I am a victim. I have an appointment with a biological dentist coming up. Horrors!

If you have any more questions let me know.
Good Luck, Giz
