You could try the orthophosphoric acid flush. That's supposed to help soften the calcified gall stones.

You could purchase some Gold Coin Grass tincture (http://www.sensiblehealth.com/prime.html is one vendor) and use that for a week or so prior to your next flush. This is also supposed to help soften gall stones.

Note that I haven't tried either of these yet.
