You can get genuine kefir grains from many people around the globe. Make sure you get live and active and not ones that have been in the refrigerator. I always have them available and send good instructions. Next shipping day is May 30.

Kefir grains do not make yogurt. You need yogurt cultures to make yogurt. Making yogurt is more involved. All probiotic cultures have their place. They are all good. Kefir is the best.
