I should have mentioned, I don't have access raw milk (I'm in Canada). I know that some people say to avoid pasteurized milk no matter what, but I think as long as I make it into kefir, the benefits will outweigh the negatives.

I'm not that big of a fan of liver so I dissolved some B12/folic acid/ vitamin tablets into DMSO and apply that to my skin from time to time. I have so much more energy the days I do that that I can't help wondering if I am getting sub-optimum levels of B12 myself.

Interesting. I've never heard of doing that. I'll look into it. Do you not think that oral supplements are effective?
