Couple of questions...

Hi, Im interested in kefir, i have heard that you can grow apple cider vinegar with it? What do you need to do for this?
Also, on doms site it says that you need Sugar in order to grow water kefir, does all of the Sugar get used up in the fermention?
I carnt seem to find water kefir grains where could i get them from in the UK?
