Re: goat's milk? and I'll have grains available
Feel free to e-mail me or call me via telephone, and I'll be delighted to answer any of your questions, I love chatting about healing, recovery, and of course making home made Kefir and Yoghurt!.
I've been experimenting with Probiotic Yoghurt and Kefir for over 13 months as part of my Candida recovery program, and I must say that the probiotics that I've been getting from home made Kefir and Yoghurt has been a major part of my healing from Candida.
These Live Kefir Grains will grow in ANY kind of milk: raw farmer's milk, organic health food store milk, regular supermarket store milk, goat's milk, cow's Milk, soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk, and even water!
It really doesn't matter where the Kefir was before, after a few days it will completely adapt to it's new environment ie. yes kefir grown in cow's milk will adapt to goat's milk, etc...
Good luck with the goat's milk!
TG
PS I have grains to share.
