help please

hi.
i am looking for thyroid medicine.i have this problem for long.i don't excatly know that is it a hyperthyroid or hypo.i can say that evryday i am growing weak,loss
waight,shaking hands,ebnormal heart beating and somekind of fear.plz suggest me some good medicine,i will thankful. sayyar
