Hello Dr.
I am a gay man and active. I have never done anything anal related with another man, but have had some messy contact with other guys semen. About a year ago, a guy came all over my chest, and legs. I went to sleep that night having not cleaned myself off. A few months ago, I let a guy jack me off using his semen as a lubricant..(it was all over my penis). Could you please let me know how high my risk for HIV infection is? ...knowing my lifestyle and exposures. I few weeks back I had a lot of Acne breakouts on my face, one after another...more recently I had a terrible sore under my tongue (just one) ..very red and blistery. Am I overeacting? Is it to soon to experience these symptoms or too late since my possible infections were 2 months to a year ago?
