how was the visit?

How was the visit to the specialist? I'm going mad with frustration. I'm persuing the idea of seeing a mercury-free dentist but here in London it is a) difficult and b) very expensive. I have no Amalgam fillings-only white porcelain- except for one crown, from where I am sure the problems arise as I get a nauseous metallic taste in my mouth directly from that tooth. I have been tested for heavy metals in the blood but as I think I mentioned, they came back negative.
Regarding diet, I have been on the same regime for about 8 years, that is to say, predominantly organic, healthy, balanced. I eat organic chicken and pork alongside all the veggies and fruit available in the shops. I drink red wine (half Italian!) in moderation and take a vitamin supplement daily. I trained as a dancer, rode horses for 5 years professionally and then turned to music which means I have always been fairly active and fit. Late nights, stressful periods without money and directors that would make you tear your out leads to stress but I love it really. Well I would love it if I felt well. It's for that reason I knnow that it's not the job causing the stress, but the sickness. Like you said, the doctors' put the emphasis in the wrong place. Do you have Amalgam in your mouth that could be causing the problems? Have you been tested for anaemia?
Do let me know what the doc said if you get any sense. Hey, acupuncture is a real stress reliever isn't it?!
