Trying to understand symptoms, Leaky gut??

I have been fighting a condition that I believe to be leaky gut. I have had the following symptoms for about nine years and have seen over 25 doctors.My primary symptom is whem I consme a varity of different substances my body becomes inflamed and most bodly funtions become very difficult to preform, in not imposibal to proform.

I can't tolorate any form of sugar,in vegatables, fruits or refined.Alcohol is the worst. When I drink a glass of wine again my system becomes inflammed.However, when I stop eating those foods that hurt me (all except protines)I heal and obtain all normal funtions.

Addditionally, probiotics and most prescribed medications also inflame me.I have been tested for yeast over growth and was told I do not have that condition. I do however, have a history of extended Antibiotic use.Constipation traditional die-off symptoms and inflamation when consuming Sugar are my primary symptoms does sound like leaky gut?
