first morning of foot pad

hi, i've been suffering alot from my dental work. i had my Amalgams out in july 2004...i now have temp crowns & bridges without metals.i was feeling great and relieved of all my symtoms that i had for years (anxiety & hives). then the dentist did some periodontal work that i think caused an infection on a tooth under the bridge and gave me tmj. ever since all symtoms have returned. i've been to soooo many dentists.
my symtoms are anxiety,nausea, hives,muscle twitches and general fatigue.
anyway i used the footpads last nite and woke up to it being a dark grey. what does this mean? any info on what you think i'm suffering from would be helpful.
