want a baby, Male HIV+, female -

Hi,

I am from India, My husband is HIV+ & I am -, we want baby, we have come to know through IVF sperm washing treatment it is possible that I can be a mother of my Husband's child.
We have consult doctors in India. But they said, on a world level technology is availble & successful also but not in India. Indian is still waiting for equipemnt to clean the sperm washing treatment, It will take another 2-3 years in India to come.

Can you please guide me about the same. Is it true. Is it availble out side India?, If Yes Where?,
In India how much time will take to come?
