Smell Of Footpads

I wash my feet in the morning after using the footpads. However, during the day I sometimes still get a whiff of the smell. I'm rather used to it, but I'm afraid other people may smell it---especially if I go to the chiropractor, who sometimes get closer to my feet than people normally do. Is there any better way to completely remove the smell? Thanks!
