My Christmas gift to my family

Hi, Everyone!

I ordered four boxes of the pads for Christmas -- one for each of the family. Due to my bad planning, they only arrived the other day when everyone was away somewhere! :)

I figure that this is a good way to get my men doing some type of detox without a lot of effort (we shall see!). In particular, my one son lives in LA and breathes the lousy air; my other son, up here in Canada, smokes; and, my hubby needs a 'tuneup'. If they like the idea, then they can buy the other boxes to complete the detoxification. (I hope!) I'm getting them started. :) How simple can a cleanse be?!

As for myself, I know that I need to do various cleanses (which are on my 2005 schedule!) and so I thought that the pads might be a good way to start while I get other things lined up.

Last night was my first experience. This morning, the pad had grey-green mucous on it. I think, too, that my placement could have been better. I had soaked my foot for a couple of minutes with a little Epsom Salts and lukewarm water, but I think that I will use hotter water, more Epsom Salts and a longer soak tonight. And, of course, use the other foot. :)

I had a little scratchy throat this morning. A good start!
