My 88 year old father and hydrogen peroxide baths?

Hello I was looking for advice and or opinions on the use of 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide in bath water. My father is 88 years old and has high blood pressure and aching athritis. He takes some pharmacuetical medication for high blood pressure. I'm not sure if it's vioxx or celebrex. Anyways I know from experience that bathing in h202 can elevate the heart rate quite a bit so I was wondering if it could be dangerous for an elderly man with high blood pressure to bath with h202 in the bath water?
