vitalzym and 5 month size fibroids

My doctor has diagnosed me with fibroids of the size of a 18 weeks. I took a lupron shot a month and half ago to prepare me for surgery which I certainly do not want.

I am 37 years old and desperately in need of children. I just found the information on Vitalzym and started taking it 2 days ago. Can you please let me know how effective Vitalzym is and also if there is any other herb I need to add to it to speed the process?.
