feeling ill :-(

dear dr.
i had all my amalgems removed back in august. felt great.
3 weeks ago my dentist opened up my gum where my temp bridge was on the lower right quad. then put higher temps to open my small bite. since then i've had horrible tmj. but it gets worse.
2 weeks after living on advils...anxiety sets in, hives, emotional problems, muscel twitching...i'm a reck. i've lost weight. i'm useless to my family. do you think i have a bone infection or any infection of any kind? what kind of doctor to see about this? the whole side of my face hurts, but it's the anxiety which is really causing me stress and depression. also my back/kidney hurts. pls answer.
