gb symptoms

I have 2-3 8mm stones in my gb. I have a fatty lever (grade I).
I also have degenerative bone problem at the back.

I feel gas discomfort under the right ribs and under the left ribs. Even a tight belt/pent disturbs me. It is irrespective of eating any eatable. Does somebody on this board have symptoms like these. Are they due to gb stones or fatty lever or back problem. Any opinion/ideas ???
