chronic myloid leukemia

Please help. My mum has this disease and has recently been told by the Drs she has weeks to live. Background: diagnosed March 03 underwent chemo trial "glevec" 8 months - side effects vomiting, diahorrea, skin rashes, ulcers, bleeding bowel, loss of vision. Stopped that and to some extent managed her vitality to a very satisfactory level for 5 months - blood cell count went thru the roof and was advised a stronger dose of chemo - it didn't work so follow on of a different one - - then a stem cell donor found and in June transplant was done. She got level 4 Graft vs host disease and we nearly lost her - has had a great deal of problems with fluid and liver toxicity and kidney function - along with blood Sugar issues ( has been on insulin) rashes, ulcers hair loss sight & hearing loss as well as all the normal things!!!!! She is home now and we have her care in our control - she wants to live and we are using essentil oils, ganoderma , Matol km, vitamins, minerals, magnetic pulse therapy and acupuncture - is there anything else we can do - are there any other treatments we should be aware of - as you can understand we are on a bit of a time frame and your earliest reply would be greatly appreciated

Sincerely
Terina
