What to do first Dr. Vinograd?

Hi Dr. Vinograd:

I have several questions. I just had my 8 mercury Amalgams replaced with metal free composites because all of them were very old (15 years old) and were already leaking. They were replaced by my local dentist, not by a biological one (we don't have biological dentists where I live), so he didn't follow any of the preventive measures that biological dentist use, except for a rubber dam, so chances are that mercury from drilling entered into my body.

I have been suffering from lots of symptoms includying digestive problems, hypoglycemia, fatigue and some other ones. I don't really know if all of these symptoms could be related to mercury poisoning because I have had tons of test (every test that you could imagine) and all of them have became normal.

I am going to get the hair test analysis done probably by next week.

So my big question is if I should wait for the results before engaging in a detox program like bowel,parasite,liver,gallbladder cleanse or the detox pads (which I have heard they are really a serious and effective product). I think that srarting any of this programs if I could be mercury poisoned would be like swimming agains the current.
