Thnx for your reply....but looks like my stomach is coz of Hernia surgery in 2000, and prior to that two S-section and one abortion. After that, am suffering from severe Depression and since then for four years...ve'trouble sleeping....I am up till 3am to 4:30am in the morning. It is not that I am not working or doing exercise...

I will definately consider Liver cleansing, but would you tell me the reason for your suggestion. I don't know... how to do these all cleansings?? All I read about it... and don't know,how its helping with all health problem.
