Re: reverse cavities?

Can you please critique the following excerpts from "Nutrition and Physical Degeneration" by Weston Price, DD?.

"During the severe industrial depression, rampant caries developed in a great number of cases in the families of mill workers......Since these children were all from poor homes, many of the families being on relief, one extra good meal a day at midday was provided for the entire group at the mission. This was preceded by administration to each child of one teaspoonful of a mixture containing a high vitamin butter oil obtained by centrifuging the butter at 70 degrees from a twenty-four hour crystallization of the melted butter. This butter was selected on the basis of its high content of activator X. It was mixed with equal parts of a high-vitamin, natural cod-liver-oil. The clinical effect was apparent complete control of dental caries for the entire group, as shown in the x-ray films. In many of these cases, the open cavities were left without fillings; and, in all such cases, the exposed dentin took on a hard glossy finish." page 428

Based on this information, I am "watching" a place on my tooth where my dentist said there is a leak, presumably where I had my Amalgams replaced with composite in December of 2002. She said it is very small. So I am taking my X-factor butter oil and cod liver oil in hopes of glossing over this spot. Do you think it will work?

Also, are you familiar with the ionic toothbrush? I had my teeth cleaned for the first time in about 18 months the other day and I really did not have much plaque. I was sort of surprised since I had let my teeth go this long. Most of it was below the gum line. I have been using the ionic toothbrush for several months now and it is supposed to remove plaque buildup.
