So much for gallbladder removal fixing it ...

Okay, I'm sick of being sick. The Reader's Digest version: I started having terrible abdominal problems in August of 2001, and many months of suffering later, it was determined by HIDA scan that my gallbladder was not functioning anymore, and had to be removed. I had the laparoscopic procedure performed to remove the thing in February of this year. Now I'm hurting again. I'm back to not know what to eat, being horribly constipated, and experiencing stabbing pains at the surgery site, bloating, low back pain and feeling like my teeth are going to float (thirst, kidney ache). I'm a mess. I no longer have health insurance, so going back to the doctor will bankrupt me. Plus, I don't believe they can help me. My whole experience with the gastro professionals have left me in serious doubt as to their ability to cure gasto ailments. I had all the "other" tests done (diabetes, sigmoidoscopy, yadda, yadda) and they came back negative. I would rather cleanse. SO: I started with my first castor oil pack last night. I figure I had better start slow. I am juicing with carrot/beet and apple juice, and eating very little solid food. I'm also taking Perfect 7. I am going to order Cholacol. Any suggestions from those of you who have "been there?" I don't want to do something stupid and kill myself.
