Some suggestions:

Get back to eating unpackaged, unrefined, unprocessed foods exclusively.

Lovemaking is a beautiful and natural gift to us. Excessive self-gratification, however, maybe depleting your adrenals and reducing your life force energy. The same applies to extreme exercising.
Moderation is the key word for you. Start a good Yoga program. I do Kundalini Yoga and it has impacted my health and mental wellbeing quite a bit.
