You can see the foot chart on our website for optimal placement. There are people that, for pain relief, will place them on various parts of the body, including direct application on the area in question.

You can use the pads even if you have not had all your mercury fillings removed.

You should consider replacing the amalgam/mercury filling as soon as possible. Please make sure you wear the pads before, during and after the procedure and that you select a dentist that will remove them properly.
