Re: Jessica
Yes, you know, I saw your post and thought hey, hers is exactly like mine! I have done a total of 6
Liver Flushes but it's been a while since my last one on February 6th. I'm sure that was still in my hair since I think hair only grows around 1/2
inch per month. I was reading a few of Dr. Huggins email booklets and it said that typically when the levels of calcium in the hair are above 1,000 ppm (mine is around 1,800) it is a pretty safe bet that most of it is in the non-biologically reactive form. He said when calcium is high from taking supplements that are non-biological, the strontium will also be elevated. Calcium in the non-biological forms is generally accompanied by strontium. I'm just wondering though how I got so much non-biological calcium since I have never taken calcium supplements. I guess maybe from processed and enriched foods? I can see how magnesium would be high with the
Epsom Salts since you ingest a lot with the flushes. Isn't magnesium sulfate in the correct form for the body to use? I really have to study more about this. Ionic vs. metallic, biologically reactive vs. non-biologically reactive. Were you high or low on anything else? My vanadium level was border line low. Which I thought it would be high because I've been eating a lot of chocolate. I remember reading that vanadium contamination occurs with chocolate. I still don't know if vanadium is a good thing or not. So much to learn!
