Re: Great News!

Otaku1,

I don't do yoga, but I feel any sort of exercise is good exercise. I also feel awful when I first wake up, but since I purchased a rebounder, that really seems to have helped get my blood moving throughout my system. I always used to feel sluggish/stagnant in the morning. Now, I do about 150 jumps and then 100 jumping jacks on the rebounder/mini trampoline. It really has helped to make me feel better in the mornings. I also do light aerobic exericse. Both of these seem to help. Again, ANY exercise is better than none.

I also drink the warm water first thing in the morning. It helps, but my problem there is far from fixed. Although I found that jumping up and down on the rebounder, after drinking that warm water, really helps to stimulate my intestines and I usually have to go afterwards.

I usually heat up some water, drink that, then wait about 30-45 minutes before taking the bitters. I usually do my exercising in between the two.

Feel free to ask away! I am glad to offer my experiences.

Raymond
